MY ORDER HASN’T BEEN RECEIVED YET, CAN YOU HELP ME?


ShAy Expressions of Everything Art team is a small business and we are printing and packaging orders as soon as they are purchased. Please note, your order request is our upmost prioprioty. If you haven't received your order more then five business day, delays in dispatching orders may have occurred. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.




CAN I RETURN THE ARTWORK I PURCHASED?


We want you to be happy with your artwork hoping it it brings you!

All original purchases are final
Prints are very delicate once shipped it's hard for prints to be re-sold upon return. Our business is small and unable to offer print returns at this time. So, please ensure that the print you order is the perfect artwork for your home!

If there is an issue with your order, please visit out shipping and return page and we can find a solution together.




THE POST OFFICE IS TAKING A LONG TIME TO DELIVER MY ORDER, CAN YOU HELP ME?


The world continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and subsequently shipping delays are occurring. We have no control over the time frame in which your order will be delivered. Check your tracking information that was provided when your order was fulfilled.




MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED/WAS STOLEN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?


We work hard to package each order with great care in heavy duty postal tubes or packages so that your order arrives undamaged. When you receive your package, there will be care instructions inserted. Make sure your hands are clean and completely dry before handling your print. Damaged artwork: If your artwork has arrived damaged, we will issue a replacement for you at the next available print run. Please provide adequate details, images and documentation of the damage. Minor creasing and bends can be flattened.

Lost or stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect.
If you believe the order to have been stolen, please provide evidence, so we can arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.
Please be kind when reaching out and remember that we have no control over the treatment of your package during transit! Again, we want you to be happy with your purchase!
